I arrived late for my appt, i thought it was at 12:45 but it was 12:25, i arrived 10 mins late but was seen. I need 2 appts , a day apart, and the receptionist took great pains to find an aporoprite appt time. Unfortunatly not until mid January

The hygienist was lovely. She explained everything, I didn’t feel rushed and she took time to give me personal advice. The receptionist was, as always, friendly and helpful.

An early appointment, short wait, friendly greetings and quick treatment. My gum disease appears to be receding and my next appointments are in a year's time.

The fact that they listened to me, and was able to fit me in when I was having problems getting to my appointment due to heavy traffic, and also worked with me for my next appointment

Needed an emergency appointment and I was able to get one on that day. It wasn’t my usual dentist but he was excellent. He was able to identify the issue and prescribed me antibiotics. He advised about further follow on dental work.

Receptionists I dealt with were great. My dentist seemed in a rush, I was done in less than 10 minutes, cost me £70.70. Transactional - reflects the customer experience score.

Had a tooth extraction tody and was very nervous, the nurse and dentist were brilliant and calming during the procedure. Brilliant and friendly service each visit.
