While the service i received was excellent the reason for it was poor. I used to be on the register until the NHS decided that because i hadn't had an appointment for x amout of time they decided to remove me and my wife and son but left my daughter. So in all i needed an emergency appointment which fair play they granted as they said they had a duty of care to do so of which im greatful for and my tooth is all good now.

A thorough assessment and very clear explanation of issues/ prompt actions. Dentist and hygienist were both very good.

I am always greeted with a smile from the receptionist before seeing the dentist even if it’s not my own. I am treated with kindness and given the best treatment and I am grateful of there knowledge and always leave feeling confident then acknowledge by the receptionist when leaving with my next appointment

After suffering three days with an abscess unfortunately couldn’t get an appointment until the Wednesday but I have now been advised on treatment and issued with antibiotics.

The actually dental work was very good but i was not at all happy that i had to ring day after day for an emergency appmnt just to be told none were available AT ALL even though it was less than 5 mins after the lines were open. Had been on hold since the lines opened st 8.30 every day! Having to then wait until after a weekend with a missing filling and a gaping hole....not good. Had to make a fuss to get seen. I don't like having to do that.

Hygienist was on time ...but dentist was late other dentist in pratice should do more hours to help with the overload ..

Reception services very helpful. Hygienist always friendly and shows a genuine interest in maintaining the health of your teeth and gums, providing advice when necessary.

Receptionist’s very helpful and friendly Slightly unsure of treatment options and costs not discussed just presumed able to go ahead and put cost on form for signature and sent to book appointments, discussion of possibilities would be positive and options for timings to be able to manage costs and time away from work for appointments Mostly really good service and friendly practice due to welcoming and friendly reception team, thank you

Reception staff always friendly and efficient. Just would be nice to get in on time occasionally though I would guess it’s difficult to know how long each appointment takes.
