A very, calm and friendly experience. Every thing was explained to me,at each step of treatment, thanks to my lovely dentist and nurse.

Our dentist was very good today and answered all the questions I asked, also offering other thoughts and ideas that I wouldn't have known. The reception staff are very good and very sociable. Could do with some cycle racks, some good accessible parking and more space in the consultation rooms for wheelchairs.

I had a filling replaced. The appointment was on time, I received a tooth scale while the injection was numbing the area for the filling. The procedure was carried out efficiently and the dentist and nurse were polite and courteous throughout.

I’m a very nervous patient and start from the start my dentist was very kind and put me at ease he explained everything that he was going to do, he took his time as he could see how anxious I was. He came up with a treatment plan and went through every detail with me. By the end of the appointment I felt happy and relaxed Thank you

I saw a hygienist at the practice today who was very kind and patient with me. I am not the best patient as very nervous with sensitive teeth. He was very good and made the experience a bit less terrifying.
