Managed to get an appointment same day after have a check up 6 dental nurses come in and couldn’t extract the tooth I’m still in pain and have a even more smashed up tooth in my mouth no idea how long the referral is going to be all round disappointing experience

Everything was plain sailing. Friendly greeting by reception, waited less than 10 minutes and fantastic service and advice by dentist and the assistant. Booked my follow up check up smoothly too

Receptionists are lovely, my new dentist not so much I felt like I was being judged for things that were nothing to do with my teeth. Dentist was nice but please don't judge, trying to push a hygienist on me I can't afford it so going to decline but thanks anyway, my other dentist who I've had for years who I now can't have due to other reasons beyond her control used to scaled my teeth and applied fluoride but I just paid nearly £30 for my teeth to be counted that's not good at all even on NHS might change my dentist within the surgery or just not bother

I had a lovely experience. My dentist was very professional and calming. Would recommend . Treatment was great and receptionist very nice and pleasant

Called at 8am for an emergency appointment. Got an appointment for 10:30am on the same day. Arrived and went in 5 minutes early. The dentist was thorough as always and prescribed antibiotics for a soft tissue infection. Cannot fault this practice at all.

Brilliant staff. Quick easy at reception checking in. Good text reminders beforehand, helpful dentist advising me how to brush correctly. Good advice given

Our dentist was very good today and answered all the questions I asked, also offering other thoughts and ideas that I wouldn't have known. The reception staff are very good and very sociable. Could do with some cycle racks, some good accessible parking and more space in the consultation rooms for wheelchairs.
