I attended the practice this morning for a check up. Only had to wait about 5 mins to be seen. Dentist was very thorough checking my teeth and mouth , nothing needs doing this time. Next appointment for 9 months.

Pleasant staff. Very nice dentist not condescending as previous one. Parking confusing though especially as I have a blue badge.

Seen on time. Had already completed forms on line prior to appointment. Pleasant staff. Spacious waiting room. Check up was conducted professionally with sensitivity to medical conditions.

Staff very polite and very helpful, from reception staff to ,dentist and nurses, they explained what was going on, and treatment required also price.

I've always hated the dentist, but my current dentist makes me feel so at ease! I had to have an hours worth of work done, and my dentist was constantly asking me if I was okay or if I needed a break. He went the extra mile to fix a small gap in my tooth, which has been bothering me for months, without me having to ask. I had to have 5 injections and he made sure that I was taking a deep breath beforehand and was checking that I was okay between each one. It's honestly so comforting to have a lovely and gentle dentist!!! Couldn't recommend this practice enough!!

A friendly practice with excellent dentists and staff as well as friendly front reception desk, who managed to fit me in at short notice for emergency treatment. My treatment was extremely efficient and effective, saving me from the loss of a front tooth.

Lovely practice and reception staff are fantastic and friendly. I’d just like the dentists to read up on type 1 diabetes. Every check up I take my daughter to I am always told the same thing, less sugar. Obviously being type 1 that’s completely impossible to cut out, sugar saves her life and I think they just think well it’s our fault for not managing it correctly. If they were trained or better educated on it, they’d realise even the weather can affect blood glucose levels! Today was quite a hostile appointment and I’d like future ones to be treated with more compassion. They don’t ask to be type 1.
