The dentist was excellent, but all the people working on receptionist didn’t acknowledge I was waiting not even to say we will be with you in a moment, they just talked amongst themselves not work related topics, then one eventually called me over. I understand people need downtimes from a busy environment but you don’t just leave people standing there without acknowledgement.

It’s always a long wait despite arriving on time. Was not booked onto the oral health clinic by reception as was recommended by the dentist, maybe reception forgot or maybe just didn’t want to book for me

Got place to park without having to queue for a change, served straight away rather than the usual wait for a receptonist and didnt have to wait long to see dentist.

I don’t seem to be with the dentist very long since l see the hygienist.Both are very good l am finding the cost of the hygienist exspensive.She is very good.

Nothing stood out for me. It would be nice if when paying cash that you have change because not everyone carries the excat amount on them for a dentsit appointment.

On 6th March I attended for a routine checkup. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested to find there was a slight backlog. I watched the waiting room clear out twice before approaching the desk. All four staff were preoccupied with their computer screens rather than acknowledging the waiting queue. By this time I was angry and shaking due to no having eaten after a full day at work. Eventually the smartest-dressed and most attentive staff member asked if I was OK. I explained and she told the dentist who said they had no idea I was there and that mistakes happen. There was no apology or explanation. Very poor handling of a poor situation. I have since seen another dentist who was polite, factual and efficient.

Excellent and speedy treatment. However, I am hugely disappointed that my dental treatment will move to private payments in the future. As a pensioner I feel that having paid into the system all my life through working full time, I should be entitled to NHS treatment.

I was seen very promptly and efficiently . My Dentist answered any queries I had which was very reassuring . The Staff in Reception and the Dental Nurse were very polite and friendly .

Dentist very good but oh dear, the parking is still a major problem despite arriving the requested earlier eta and then, poor receptionists seemed swamped. Perfectly pleasant but the queue was a real problem

Everything happened on time. The dentist and dental nurse explained what would happen and gave a commentary. They were friendly and efficient.
