Excellent service as always. Rang first thing in the morning with a tooth problem. Receptionist extremely helpful . Was invited down for a sit and wait appointment to see my own dentist. Was seen and dealt with by 10.30

The whole experience was excellent. The dentist was friendly, very professional and extremely helpful with regards to my cleaning technique and where I could improve. The appointment was not rushed and totally pain free. Would highly recommend this service. Thank you for providing this excellent level of care.

We see a new dentist every 12 or 6 months and they leave for some reason We have to end up with new dentist every time. We have seen so far 6 dentist and we would be happy if we had the same dentist.

Fast appointment (is that good?) In and out in less than 10 mins. I find my dentist is very rough with my mouth when doing my check-up. Have left feeling a little manhandled.

A sad meeting where I was told to go private or elsewhere! The dentists nowadays are way more concerned about up selling their enhanced products and services than they are with increasing the level of sensibly priced dental care they offer - a sad indictment of another industry chasing the next pound !

I have called for over a year and a half to try and get my youngest daughter an appointment. On the phone, I have repeatedly been told there are no spaces but to ask the dentist when I have mine if he'd look at her snd take her on. Upon asking the dentist, he wouldnt even look at her mouth. I explained i had a question and didnt expect him to do anything, just was after a bit of advice and he refused to even look at her and told me to go to a and e if i was worried. I appreciate she wasnt on his patient list but I've not come across someone so dismissive. My last two appointments have also been cancelled and rescheduled.

Nothing. Was rescheduling appointment after surgery cancelled original and could not see my own dentist. Then had to wait 39 mins beyond my time. You now have rapid staff turnover it seems and times are frequently changed.

Friendly, professional and easy process. Was missed by some staff members as the counter is high, I’m in a wheelchair. One of the ladies at reception spotted me when I came out of the dentist and made a point of acknowledging me which was nice.
