A very busy Practice where the well trained staff cope efficiently and with patience. Premises are clean, bright and tidy.

Very pleased to find out that my tooth could be filled over the top of the tooth rather than capped which I assume would have needed a second visit to the dentist and be more expensive. Blended in well with my other teeth.

Inspection of tooth area, a number of options were given to me covering both NHS and private regarding a repair. Having decided on a course of action, my Dentist was in a position to carry out the process immediately, which was great from my point of view. I’m pleased with the outcome.

My dentist referred me to a specialist at this practice. My first impression of the reception staff was very underwhelming. A smile would have been reassuring. I found the specialist very abrasive. I she asked a few questions at the start of the appointment. My answers clearly weren't 'good enough'; each replay i gave was met with 'no no no no no'. I found this upsetting. At the end of the appointment, we discussed a treatment plan. Except I have no idea what teeth she was referring to. I left confused and upset. I'm so adamant I won’t go back that I’m paying again to have the same appointment elsewhere (even further from home). That was a lot of money wasted.

I needed to see the dentist urgently as I had pain. I was given an appointment the following day and seen very promptly. Prescription given after X-rays which will hopefully solve the problem. The staff were very sympathetic and courteous.

I went in for my appointment on time. Dentist was very friendly and explained everything to me . I felt at ease which is nice for me as i have a real fear of going to the dentist.

I have been treated by Reeto Mall for many years. She is THE best dentist! I presented many challenges over the years, all of which she overcame. She has completely improved my dental health. Excellent. Get Reeto on Denplan if you can!

Receptionist was very informative and polite. Haven’t attended a dentist in years but everybody involved made the process very easy and comfortable
