The receptionists smiled, are polite and I overheard one of them handling a difficult customer, and they were respectful, listened and handled the customer exceptionally well. My check-up treatment was thorough, quick, respectful, caring and professional. Spot on!

Not being able to have treatment I was booked in for as previous preparation was wrong- there was 3 weeks between appointments so I could have been contacted and made arrangements with work to enable me to have injections and treatment today. I travelled up from London especially! Fuming!

The receptionists were lovely very helpful and friendly. However every time I come for appointment I’m delayed by 25 to 30 minutes. Dentist always over runs. Ensuring I’m there early / on time it would be appreciated if appointments were as near as possible to the allocated time. I nip out from work to attend and keeping to a tight timeline would be appreciated!

Sobias customer care skills. Very thorough gentle and inclusive. Her supervisors customer care skills! Direct hit with me. He left me in no doubt where the problem lay. It needed saying and he said it in the best way possible for me. Made more impact than 10 years of previous advice from doctors surgery. And he was funny!

My dentist is excellent. She doesn’t rush through my appointments. She talks through my treatment options, explaining benefits and drawbacks of each one. The only issue I ever have is with car parking at the surgery as it gets very busy and I never know if I’ll find a space.

Had to wait over half an hour over appointment time. Other people who came in after seem first. Many people behind reception all talking to each other customer seemed to be a side issue. Advise from reception that running late would have helped

The care I received by the dentist. Very considerate of my anxiety and previous experiences as a child. The treatment room was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff were courteous.

Once AGAIN had to wait for my appointment by 20 minutes!!! Only to be informed at the end of my NHS appointment that this service will be changed to private…. As I only have two inspections a year and DO NOT wish to see the hygienist this will be way out of my price range. Having been at the with this practice since I was a child I am bitterly disappointed. And will NOT paying for this second class service any longer.
