The dentist is always efficient and pleasant. The woman on the front desk seemed to be distracted and not focused on me.

Dentist did my fillings at the front of my mouth & did a brilliant job as I was a bit nervous & she made me feel relaxed.

I had a full mouth X-ray in anticipation of an extraction. A painless experience with amazing equipment. Only took five minutes, but had to wait 40 minutes after appointment time to be seen by the dental nurse. Will have to wait another two months before an available appointment to remove the offending molar. (I can only give an average score below for cost/outcome of treatment as I don't yet know the cost and have not yet had the extraction).

My dentist explains exactly what he is going to do and why, also tells you the results if x rays when taken, he is always polite and cheerful.

Dentist friendly and competitive as always. Not impressed at practice going private though having been an NHS patient for 40 year's and only had 2 fillings 1 denture in all that time

She was nice and knowledgeable, but my god did it hurt! I was willing to offer her my bank card and PIN number for her to stop. Next time I’ll have some pain relief before I go.

I was sitting upstairs in the waiting room, next to a lady with a walking stick. She asked one of your male workers to check she hadn’t been forgotten and he refused to help her. He told her to go back downstairs to reception to enquire there. She was clearly struggling with her mobility and I could not believe the lack of patient care that was shown. He was on his way downstairs anyway, so could have easily asked for her. When he came upstairs again, I asked him to please help the lady next to me because she was struggling with her mobility. I should not have had to ask him. Very poor in my opinion.
