I have been attending this hygienist for more than ten years and he is always very correct and professional. I am very happy with his services. He explains everything before the cleaning. Later, he describes what he is going to do each step during the cleaning. Very recommendable. He does the things very efficuently.

No-one answered the phone when I rang to request an appointment. In the end I went up to the practice where I was given an appointment for the next day. Very good treatment by the dentist I saw. The only negative point was the difficulty in making the appointment.

I have been notified by this practice that I should have a check-up (via email and text). However, I have been trying call for a week+, left a message for a return call, emailed - nothing. No-one answers the phone or responds in anyway. Are they still in business?

I saw a new dentist and she was brilliant, very caring . She took time to listen and understand my fears and how nervous I am when visiting a dentist.

Not a great experience this time. Arrived slightly early for my appointment but then had to wait more than 45 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. Kept being told it would just be another 10 minutes. When I did get in for my check up, it seemed very rushed and rather superficial - it took less than 8 minutes for what is normally a 15 minute appointment. My wife, who followed me, was even quicker! The dentist was obviously trying to catch up some time. However, she was very pleasant and apologetic.

Seen on time. Dentist very thorough and polite as were the receptionists. Always a pleasure to visit and how often can you say that about a Dental Practice!!!

My 2 recent visits here have both been very helpful; the for myself and the second with my 2 daughters. The check up was thorough but quick and efficient and seemed to pick up any problems. The only downside was getting an appointment. For each one we had to wait 5 months or so for an available slot, and then also with both the week before being seen I was contacted to say the appointment had to be postponed for another couple of month. And then when we had the appointment we were gently reprimanded for having not had an appointment for so long…

NHS check-ups are cursory and, due to constantly changing dentists, there is no continuity and treatment is variable. Twice, in the last 12 months, I’ve had to go back and have treatment redone resulting in extra pain and more expense. This used to be a good practice but not recently. Dentists can be perfunctory in manner and reception , now an experienced and beloved receptionist has left, is casual in that I wasn’t told an appointment had been cancelled . The shinning light is the hygienist who remains very good.
