The staff was really friendly, I didn’t have to wait long to go from the nhs waiting list to get an appointment. Sent me a reminder of my appointment. The waiting room was a very chilled environment especially for people who are scared of going to the dentist the reception staff and the dental staff made me feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the shoreham area.

Have been using Quality Dental in Shoreham for many, many years. Have always had great treatment. The Dentists are first class as are the Dental Assistants.

It’s difficult to generalise as I only see my dentist, but if they are all as caring as she is, then it’s the practice to go to. In the past I was a very nervous patient but both the dentists I have had here over the past ten years have been wonderful. I now almost look forward to my visits, be it for a six monthly check up (still awaiting my gold star) or for any remedial work required.

Got an appointment the day after my filling shattered and my tooth was filled within the day. My dentist was professional and explained all scenario should she not be able to refill the tooth

friendly helpful efficient as i'm disabled and last time theysaid they would maybe my treatment couldb have been on the ground floor as they're are quite a few stairs

My inlay fell out on the Monday just gone so I called to see if I could make an appointment to get it put back on as it was sharp and catching on my tongue, the receptionist managed to fit me in on the Friday morning. My dentist as always was very efficient and popped it back on with no pain , I would highly recommend this dentist .

Check up took about 7 minutes. No xrays, no cleaning, no jaw or tongue examination. All these things used to be done as routine. I filled in preview forms on my phone in advance but they didn't have them. Had to fill in more at surgery.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I am seen straight away on my arrival. The treatment is professional, I am really happy to be part of this practice.

Dentist was lovely but I had originally booked for dentist and hygienist which didn’t go ahead. I was called by a receptionist to reschedule my appointments as my dentist was away on my original appointment date, which was fine but they didn’t adjust both my appointments for that day and just cancelled my hygienist without being told. I turned up my appointment as agreed to be told this and I couldn’t get booked in for over another month with the hygienist despite this being the receptionists error.
