I had a large damaged filling in a molar tooth replaced, and I found the whole experience was good because of the way the dentist and her assistant worked so well together, and the way they spoke to me. In addition the dentist went out of her way to show me how to get the awkward corners of my teeth clean. This is the best dental practice I have come across because they also have a an excellent hygienist I saw six months ago, she was also careful and friendly. When I entered the waiting room the receptionist was having to deal with a patient who was (I gathered) in some sort of distress who didn't want to stop the conversation, and there was no indication in the receptionist's manner that he had other people waiting, he just concentrated on the patient he was speaking to. Well done!

really thorough teeth clean and detailed useful advise, first time ive been given the kind of advise for my own mouths needs and the results from this good advice encouraged me to improve my cleaning and general teeth health. Im very sensitive to criticisms, or empty encouragements, so the good pitch was very welcome. Great practice too. lovely filtered water in the waiting rooms!

My first visit to the practice and everyone was so friendly and professional and took time to make you feel valued and important as an individual. The only small niggle I had was when having X-rays done the door opens into the waiting room so everyone can see you sat there with the device in your mouth. Other than that I felt in good hands and that they really cared.

Felt relaxed and confident that I was being looked after in a thorough manner. Appointment was a only a little past the scheduled time which is always a bonus.

Saw hygienist who was very nice and helpful and made me feel at ease and gave helpful hints on keeping teeth clean and gums healthy

Went for my regular check up and was greeted by friendly receptionist and directed to upstairs waiting room . Teeth checked efficiently and general teeth health enquired after. No further work needed . Super dental practice.

Fantastic staff; all of whom are keen to help and are great at what they do. Fully recommend them. The reception team were welcoming and gave me time to explain my situation. They worked with me to find a time that suited and when the appointment rolled round, the practicing staff were extremely efficient, kind and caring.
