The receptionist was a lovely lady. She was all alone and the appointment was delayed 45 mins but she remained calm and kind. I know how difficult it must be with the lack of appointments and the delays and I appreciate how she was still super nice.

The dentist was lovely. And the receptionist on the day. However a dental receptionist who I spoke to over the phone. A young woman was rude. No people skills.

The Dentist that saw me today was amazing, im very grateful to have been seen. The receptionist & dental nurses were all brilliant!

Excellent staff in all areas of the practice. Place is obviously very clean. I liked there being clean pens for filling in the paperwork. Excellent treatment from the dentist and nurse.

I dislike attending the dentist but today I felt quite relaxed and confident in what was happening, it was great that my treatment could be completed on the day too so that I didnt have to attend another appointment.

Very friendly atmosphere and very good explaining the problem with my tooth.actually showed me my tooth in a hand mirror.

I rang about an emergency appointment and was seen the same day. The problem was fixed, we hope, the Dentist was very pleasant and explained what he would do, the treatment did not hurt and I understand what may be a long term solution if this fix is not permanent.

You didn’t cancel an all ready made appointment and phoned when you had a cancellation, very efficient and explained everything. Could not fault anything
