I had extreme toothache, was seen very quickly and the dentist has put plans in place to get things sorted. He has also helped with the initial toothache

The staff. That’s everyone. From the first greeting at reception, the experience in the consulting room, to paying the bill at the end. Everyone is polite, professional, friendly, and approachable.

I was pleased to get an appointment after not seeing a dentist for 4 years but was disappointed to only have temporary fix and be told to see my dentist!! I am still left with a lot of pain still.

The Hygienist and Nurse I saw today were delightful. They were very professional, kind and informative and put me at ease. My teeth and gums feel wonderful. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed, treatment done there and then , not having to wait months for appointments for each bit to be done.Very professional. I feel my mouth and teeth are in 'good hands'

Waited for over 30 mins past my appointment time, this isn’t the first time this has happened; my one 2pm appointment was 2.20pm when I got seen. Considering they close for lunch 1-2pm, the staff & dentist were sat in the reception office laughing and talking and eventually my dentist came out at 2.20pm. No wonder they’re behind with appointments constantly. But on a positive I’m pleased with the work and explanation my dentist has done, and feel he doesn’t rush my treatment. Unfortunately the practice isn’t time conscious.

Felt very reassured with my experience to the dentist The dentist was happy to answer any questions whilst taking his time when receiving treatment that’s a thumbs up from me as I did feel nervous as it has been a while since I had been seen many thanks
