    Our new dentist at the practice is really friendly and efficient. I’m so grateful he took me straight away as I was in agony.

    Dentist was amazing. As an extremely nervous patient she was very understanding, calm and patient and I dont think i could have gone through the procedures with anybody else

    Dentist was very kind but also very good at communicating everything he was doing. It was also good that he explained, showed and helped me understand the benefits of treatment.

    I saw the hygienist upstairs (sorry don't know his name) he was lovely and thorough. I've been through a bad period over the last 12 months, losing my husband, and he seemed to genuinely care.

    I was a little unhappy with todays experience as my appointment was for 10.35 but I did not get in until 11.05. No one came with an explanation or apologies and I had to go and as at reception who told me the staff member had gone into a meeting with the group or practice manager. I then went in and was only in a very short time which was good. However I was expected back at work so was later that anticipated. I am usually happy with the appointment. Thank you

    On time. Nice and friendly. Good information given but a very quick appointment hence why not 5. Seemed rushed but and I assume this is because I am nhs and not private but hopefully not.

    As a registered blind person the fact my guide dog was unwelcome during my visit left me also feeling unwelcome. I had queried beforehand the dog could accompany me and was told it was fine. Checkup lasted a couple of minutes????

    Above and beyond every time. From the receptionist staff on the phone, checking in on the day all the way through to the practitioners/Dentist’s and after care. Couldn’t recommend Revive Dental enough, a busy dentist, but who’s isn’t now days.
