Had quite a wait to go in. More staff needed on reception, as patients were waiting ages to pay/hand forms /book in etc. as the one lady on the desk was on the phone for ages.

As a nervous patient with a few problem teeth The new dentist put me at my ease,explained everything and recommended a treatment plan .

This was my first visit to my new nhs dentist and he was very friendly and down to earth. Instantly would put anyone’s mind at ease, if they were anxious in any way. Very happy with my consultation.

Great service but there should be better transparency regarding fees. We were offered to have a descale and polish with either the hygienist or the dentist and was told the hygienist would be quicker. Cost was not discussed. Band one states it includes a descale and polish. Itemised estimates or verbal estimate would provide a better more informed service.

The pre appointment information was easy to follow and complete. The appointment was on time and the experience was very positive with treatment being given in a professional manner.
