A frosty welcome at reception; I said ‘hello’ and the reply was ‘Name?’. How silly of me to expect ‘good morning, how can I help?…’ The glass screen and ambient noise in the waiting area didn’t help communication with the receptionist. All good with the dentist.

Great care from all the staff. Receptionist very pleasant as the first contact at the practice. Very happy that still nhs care and costs.

I was fitted in at very short notice which I was very pleased about as I had a big feeling that I dropped out very worried in case it started getting angry. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

My dentist and his dental nurse were both very professional , nurse was exceptionally pleasant which put me at ease straight away . As my appointment was just a check up all I found the reasonably pleasant .

Overall friendly service but surprised when i was charged for a "descale and polish" as the polish barely touched my teeth and was over in half a minute.

The dentist was very knowledgeable about my jaw problem and explained what was happening very clearly. As someone who is nervous about visiting the dentist, it was a positive experience.
