My mum is a wheelchair user and attended the surgery at the weekend for a tooth extraction. The receptionist was amazing, friendly, professional and helpful and even sat with my mum as I needed to pop to the chemist. The dentist and dental nurse were professional and caring and explained everything to my mum with regards to the procedure. They all treated her with dignity and respect and understood her needs as they listened to her. She is an anxious lady but completely relaxed due to the extra care she received. Thank you.

I was seen before my appointment time and I was very impressed by the care given me by the dental surgeon. He asked me what had been happening with my tooth extraction which had left me with part of the root left in the gum. He then explained what he would endeavour to remove it. I was asked to read the form giving him my authority to do this which I signed. Every care was taken to give me the 4 injections to numb my mouth and it came out very quickly.I was asked to sit for a few minutes to ensure that the bleeding had stopped. I was then able to go home.

I had teeth removed on two separate dates. I got quick appointments by addiing myself to the cancelling waiting list. The staff were all friendly. The dentist clearly explained the treatments and the process was very quick and efficient. Overall, I was very impressed by the process and the personal treatment of myself.

the dentist was very friendly, thorough and explained everything as he was going. I did not require any other treatment apart from a check up but he gave me good advice and advisory advice

Very friendly staff,explained every procedure before going ahead.I had a wisdom tooth removed so quickly and painlessly,I did not even realised the procedure was completed,it was explained about aftercare,and even the next day,very,very minimal amount of discomfort.Can't Thank everyone enough for the experience I had from start to finish.
