I rang the practice saying I had a toothache ,the receptionist booked me in for next week. I rang back saying I was in pain and the dentist very kindly suggested I came in at 3 .15 and I may have to wait. I arrived didn’t have to wait long I had an extraction was out in 40 minutes.

The staff are very helpful & the dentist was extremely professional. And help put me at ease. The surgery was clean, with a water dispenser. My treatment was lengthy, but the dentist was asking how I was doing etc

Dentist puts you at your ease. Informs you of exactly what procedure he is carrying out. Receptionists very polite and helpful. I recommend this dental practice

Always been extremely satisfied with the treatment, very professional & friendly. They always send out a reminder by email so you don't forget your appointment as well as a card with the time & date which I find extremely useful.

Dentist is cheerful and friendly. Listens to any issues and makes me feel comfortable about my treatment. Costs are reasonable and fair. Unless this changes I am happy to stay a patient at this practice

I have been coming here now for a few years. All of the dentists, hygienists and staff are professional and kind. Never had an issue, would highly recommend oak dental. Thank you to everyone who provides such a great dentist in rochford.
