The receptionists are cold, unfriendly and rather curt. The dentist could certainly do with some training in bedside manners! I felt that the dentist is not interested in providing quality care and just wants to do the bare minimum that he can get away with. He seemed like he just wants to get the patient out of the room and see the next patient!

I had a broken tooth removed (after a failed attempt by another dentist). I was very nervous but the dentist was very calming and professional. He explained what would happen, how long it should take and told me how far through the procedure he was at each stage. I was seen straight away even though I arrived early. The facility was clean and modern and all the staff were very friendly.

A major reconstructive filling was required. Extremely quick and painless process completed in a short time. Dentist was excellent, gave good advice to enable patient's decision to be made on work carried out. Dental nurse also worked well and as a team.

This was follow-up to recent root canal work. I was fitted in at short notice due to suspected infection. The examination was through and explained clearly. We discussed possible treatments. I was reassured and the situation is to be monitored in the short term.

From the minute i entered the practise the welcome was excellent, i was booked in quickly and asked to take a seat. almost immediately i was called into see the dentist, being my first visit there i was a bit apprehensive. But the dentist was extremely nice and made me feel completely at ease, she explained everything she was doing, and that if i felt awkward she would stop. All in all i could not fault the experience i had there from beginning to end, and i would not have any trouble recommending them to anyone.
