I found it friendly, appointment was on time, My daughter felt comfortable while she was there. We were quite happy about our visited.

From receptionist to dentist and assistants you are made to feel at ease. The treatment is very good and if you are nervous pains are taken to make sure you are cared for.

I found the dentist and practice staff to be helpful and friendly. the dentist explained all of treatment.

The Dentist was lovely and helpful but they way they talk to on reception is out of this world.. its like u are beneath them... OK so they say you have to fill in the form everytime when you attend but when I explain nothing has changed instead of saying then would you please just dubble check everything is correct and sign, the staff said well if you don't fill it out you won't be seen.. I didn't understand and I told her I didn't understand and that nothing had changed... she just came back again and said we'll you still have to fill the forms... but I didn't she was so rude she just needs to say its OK I will explain it to you and then try and help.. so infuriating how rude she was... the amount of other patients in the waiting area see this happen and even roll there eyes at her a joked with me about it... I think they need training on how to treat other ppl... no1 is beneath no1.... we r all the same... respect ppl how you want to be respected...... ?

Always prompt treatment by professional staff that treat you with care, no discomfort with injections or fillings and explain the treatment in detail.
