Waiting Room and Reception The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable: Disagree I am acknowledged when I enter the practice: Disagree The reception staff are always helpful and courteous: Agree Appointments How long did you have to wait for your appointment: 15-30 mins The dentist explains the treatment: Strongly Agree I am made aware of any NHS & Private fees: Disagree (When I leave and pay) My consent is sought for treatment (signed): Agree Did the dentist explain your treatment options and outcomes: Agree Did you feel you was able to ask as many questions as you needed: Agree Did you feel that the dentist answered any questioned you asked: Agree Treatment Provisions I feel I have a good professional relationship with my dentist: Agree (My Dentist wasn't there, they lost my appointment but I was able to see another Dentist for a check up) The nursing staff are always friendly and put me at ease: Agree The treatment room always appears clean and tidy: Agree Service overall I am generally very satisified with the care and treatment I receive: Agree I would recommend this practice to my friends and colleagues: Agree (if they live nearby)

Had to have a crown fitted, first dental treatment apart from checkup's for many years, and well pleased with the finish of one of my molars, at Keates house. Bush Fair

Receptionist very polite and welcoming. My dentist was very friendly and always puts me at ease. She also explains everything to me, if I need any work done and explaining why.

I am a relatively new patient to the practice and since transferring here from my previous dentist (to avoid a half hour drive), I am very pleased with the care I’ve received at Keats House. All the staff I’ve encountered are friendly and professional.

Keats house is by far the best dental surgery I’ve ever been too, they are all so kind and patient, they have been absolutely brilliant with me knowing I have a phobia of needles I cannot fault them at all.

I am a really nervous patient and my dentist was so patient and caring and took her time to make sure that I was ok and comfortable throughout my treatment. She has given me back my confidence to smile and I’m much happier as a result of my treatment. Thankyou
