Usually in the past I have felt like I haven't been listened to, granted I have cancelled and missed appointments due to anxiety and the fact that my teeth aren't in great shape, so maybe that lead to not being taken as seriously. However this time I felt taken care of properly and was really relieved when they performed the emergency extraction. I now have a plan in place to have a check up and a filling perfomed. Thanks guys.

Rang as my check up was overdue and I had not been called to book. Informed by receptionist that my dentist left months ago and has not been replaced. Also told that the other NHS dentists have all left practice aswell and if I currently want a check up I will have to pay £71 to have it done privately. Disgusting after being with the practice for 30 years.

Treatment was carried out very skillfully and with utmost empathy. I was looked after very well, and had minimal discomfort.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Waiting time was 5 minutes. Staff very friendly and dentist was very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful.
