The lady’s where very polite and did a great job on my teeth which had not seen a dentist for three years because of coronavirus now I am back to two visits a year

All the staff were pleasant and friendly. I had an appointment with the hygienist. It was painless and my teeth look much better for it. Very pleased and would go again to this practice. Thank you.

I've been with this dentist for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I've recently been told that they no longer have an NHS dentist available to see myself or my children. They are happy to take your money privately but will not see you under the NHS. Unfortunately my children (who are disabled) are now not able to access a dentist, as I cannot afford private treatment for them.

Been with this practice for many years and always thought they were nothing but excellent. Sadly the practice is now virtually non existent unless you want and can afford to pay privately. Very sad !! I was told I could have emergency NHS treatment a few weeks ago but I had to ring daily at 9am to possibly get an appointment. Ive never got one so as a last resort rang 111 who said I can’t get emergency treatment through them as I have a dentist who have a duty of care to see me. After speaking to J & W today they told me they aren’t refusing to see me and have plenty of private appointments (which was said in an almost sarcastic manner). I’m sure there are dentists who care a bit more !!

Not happy with not being able to have a broken tooth removed by my dentist and being referred to a hospital but then rejected twice being left with a sharp tooth and more breaking off had to go and get it taken out privately, sorry to say had no confidence.

The dentist I had was a locum, but I wish he would stay as he made the experience great! I am very anxious around needles/pain and I had a wisdom tooth extracted yesterday and it has eased my fears immensely. Dr spoke through all the stages of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and in no pain at all. It has helped me see that dental work is necessary and not scary. I left the surgery laughing! I am very satisfied with my treatment.

Nothing paid for a check up last all of five minutes. Told the dentist about pain in my back tooth near my gums wasnt intrested just said i needed a filling .

Very pleasant , thoughtful ,felt very comfortable not so nervous, because I was greeted with a good atmosphere. And lovely manner , I’m a very nervous person, but felt at ease the second I walked in . Very relaxing experience. Didn’t feel uncomfortable at all .thank you .
