    Dentist was very helpful and professional . What didn’t was the answering of phone and when you were experiencing problems with dentists we were told that you would call us to arrange appointments this not happening.

    Not much done by the dentist only in chair 5 mins. Appointment made for hygenist but only available on Wednesday's not good when people work full time.

    Friendly reception staff except one customer was 6 minutes late and was told she may not be seen. I thought this was wrong as I waited over 10 minutes to see my dentist

    Was a very long wait but good practice other than that. The lady at reception was very patient even when having to deal with rude people as the treatment given was great.

    Needed a further appointment for treatment but the next available appointment was February. Paid £28.50 for the check up which felt pointless seeing as the treatment I need can’t be done till February when my teeth may be worse, felt like a waste of time and money.

    Felt Receptionist was very rude like she was forced to work. It’s ok to have sign’s saying respect the staff they need to have one behind desk say respect the patient. Anyway dentist and assistant was very helpful

    Receptionist chewing gum No toilet paper, soap or hand drying facilities in toilet Dental chair wet, good to see it was washed between pt but when i pointed out it was wet just told yes its wet as just been washed! Went out with a damp bottom and back No positive pt identification or introductions to staff in procedure room Every time the dentist put the little mirror in my mouth she clattered it off a tooth when she took it out of my mouth. When you are nervous it really makes you jump. I am anxious about the treatment that i need but appt isn't until Oct so should have had time to calm down but i am concerned about standards in Practice. Been a pt here for nearly 20 years

    Thank you for your feedback. Chewing gum in the reception area is not acceptable and I will be following this up with the team. Our toilet facilities for hand drying was taken out of service during Covid. We followed guidelines that were implemented at the time and we continue to follow them. If there was no toilet paper, then I apologise for this as it it regularly stocked up. I am not sure why you are waiting until October for an appointment as we have plenty of availability. If you request a specific timeslot, for example before or after work or after school then these do get booked up in advance but we have plenty of appointments available throughout the day.
