Today, had an appointment with a hygienist, who was excellent, he spent time talking through things with me and did a thorough job. Made me feel better after leaving the appointment, as it wasn't a rush job in and out.

The dentist was thorough in his examination of my teeth and gums. He did not try to make me buy products that I do not need. He was pleasant and congenial in his manner. He asked me what my concerns were and dealt with that.

I’m confused, I had already paid for todays treatment as it was done in two parts. On arrival hygienist stated I had to pay a further £102. Discussed with receptionist & she was also confused why I was being charged. Awaiting a call back. This is the first negative thing ever after years registered at the practice.

I have been for a routine check up today snd after taking xrays the dentist said i would need 3 fillings on my top back right teeth. I said i would get the work done if needed but i questioned the dentist about it as my teeth feel fine. I also said this had happened last time id had an xray as well and asked why i cant feel any pain if i need 3 fillings. The dentist got very defensive about this and said she would not be willing to treat me due to trust issues. Im very sorry if this offended her but i was only asking as when ive needed fillings before ive had tooth ache. I feel this was totally unfair and unprofessional behaviour on her part all because i asked why im not in any pain but need 3 fillings.

Usually I just have a quick checkup however I had my new dentist who asked questions ensured I was happy with my teeth told me any concerns she had and recommended what route I could go to achieve the look I want.

I really felt comfortable with the Lady dentist I saw (I have Anxiety and depression). I’m really sorry I can’t remember her name. I felt at ease talking with her and she explained things very clearly.

Dentist and assistant always go above and beyond to support my dental phobia. Only niggle is someone needs to reply to your answer phone messages please .

Dentist very kind. Listened to my fears and tweaked my treatment to acomodate. Totally painless including local anaesthetic injection. Actually left smiling as felt so relieved and grateful. Thank you

I was made to feel comfortable, as I was quite nervous about the issue I’d had, also the dentist showed me on the xray what was going on which was helpful.
