New patient to practice now taking NHS patients, quick booking process, seen on time, quality service, no hard sell. Reception is overrun and slow because of the volume of patients.

The service I had was excellent but the reception was not. Rang twice for an appointment and had to wait over 20.minutes to get through. Also, one of the women at the desk was unfriendly. Also, when I arrived, my appointment wasn't on the system so I had wait 30 min more.

The dentist and his assistant was very friendly and polite did everything my teeth needed doing and was very professional and practice was very modern and clean

Rang in the morning at 9-30 had a appointment at 10-30 went in saw the dentist all good friendly staff great dentist

Daughter first visit, nervous patient. Practice made her feel so comfortable, explained everything to her and nothing too much trouble. Practice itself spotless and very welcoming. Reception staff friendly and attentative.

I had an appointment with a hygienist, who cleaned and polished my teeth. I had some plaque and she advised on using a different size of interdental brush and that I needed a new electric toothbrush. This was helpful advice which I have followed. She was also kind and considerate during the procedure.

I had a check up at this dental practice. I was seen on time which I found very pleasing. The dentist and the dental nurse were both friendly and professional and asked if I had any problems. I was given a check of my teeth, mouth and gums. I had some bonding re-done on my front teeth where the gums have receded and in carrying out this procedure the staining that was on the margins of the teeth was eradicated which was great and makes me feel a lot less self conscious. I was given advice re cleaning my teeth. Altogether it was a positive experience.

You are made welcome and they put you at your ease which means a lot to me. I am a very nervous person and I do not like going to the dentist,they made sure I saw someone that relaxed me. The staff are very perlite and friendly
