staff that work for inspire are all very polite and make a otherwise unpleasant experience a very comfortable one. The reception area is very clean, tidy and bright and has a relaxed atmosphere. my only gripe is that I don't have bank cards so pay cash for everything so think others must prefer paying by cash too and as such should have change on the premises for such situations. Other than this cannot fault the practice.

We joined this practice as NHS patients recently and attended for our first inspections. These were a little perfunctory but as we had no worries and the dentist could find no problems I guess that was OK

I was very happy with both the dentist and the assistant when I had a tooth extraction. They were both kind and patient. Ensuring I wasn't in pain and was OK at all times

Receptionists were helpful and polite. Treatment was quick and effective. Overall, excellent. The closest to a negative was that the phone lines were busy with long waits in the morning, but calling backlater in the day avoided that.

Yet again I had excellent professional treatment from my hygienist. She is very patient and gentle explained exactly what I need to do to keep my teeth clean. I cannot fault her work.

I got a text and a phone call to remind me of my appointment and I was seen within 10 minutes of the designated appointment time. Very courteous dentist who was able to complete the required check up and descale quickly.
