Dentist and his assistant were so respectful, polite and friendly and also communicated very well. Their service was 100% appreciated

This appointment was for my elderly parent's. Both parent's have reduced mobility. They are only able to attend the dentist with myself. It is not possible to come on my own due to no parking outside and a very busy main road. Someone ekse has to drive. This morning i assisted them up the steps and into reception. I was then told they have been leaving messages to cancel appointment. However nobody had rung the landline only a mobile that doesn't excist. This is absolutely terrible when the landline was on record. I said to receptionist you have no idea how hard it is for some people with reduced mobility. The answer was "Bless you" this is so patronising

After leaving my last feedback approximately 30mins ago. The poor service regarding no communication to elderly parent's. They fitted them in after waiting. Thank you for putting this right

The dentist was quick and efficient and lovely with my children. She explained everything required and gave us all the options available.

My dentist was extremely weloming, putting me at ease immediately. He was also very parient and knowledge able when I asked him questions.

Clear and thorough explanation of procedure and options. Kind, friendly and reassuring approach. Efficient and dexterous work with consideration throughout for how I was during procedure. Good teamwork between dentist and dental nurse. The dentist was very good, I didn’t feel any pain at all. The music was helpful to take my mind off things. It was explained about aftercare following anaesthetic and about time scale for next visit. The receptionists were very good, I left feeling uplifted that I had received such excellent care!
