A few things. The friendliness of the reception staff and of the dental staff. I am also pleased with the overall quality of the filling. Probably the best work I have had done to date. 10/10

Service is always friendly , professional and always go above and beyond. Ive never experienced a better dentists, my children always get excited to attend their appointments, and i no longer have a fear. Absolutely outstanding as always .

As an immunocompromised patient I was extremely impressed with the consideration taken. Able to avoid waiting room by waiting outside and windows open for ventilation and masks worn. Very professional treatment thank you .

This was my 1st visit to the Hygienist team and straight away they explained they knew I was a nervous patient, which was very reassuring for me. The Hygienist was wonderful, and extremely patient, she explained everything clearly and gave me lots of time to compose myself during the procedure. Both ladies were very professional whilst still being friendly and both made my visit very comfortable. I was very happy with how my teeth looked and felt after the visit and happily discussed booking further appointments before leaving. I can Highly Recommend this team, thank you ladies.

The care and kindness shown by all the staff is excellent, there was a very relaxed yet very professional approach to the treatment I received. The treatment was clearly explained and every consideration was given to how I was feeling. I feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent dental practice!

Appointments were running late which happens all the time. I don’t understand why due to it been just dinner and the first person was late going into clinic!! My worry is if we are late we won’t be able to be seen which is unfair!
