Upon needing emergency treatment on a Saturday, no where had any appointments. When explained the problem, emailed in a picture of area within 2 hours had an appointment the same day, fab staff in dentist, made me feel at ease. Send away with prescription 24hrs later almost no pain! Would definitely recommend, this service is definitely needed in East Sussex! Thank you!

Very reassuring when I unfortunately had to have a tooth extraction. The tooth had an infection and was causing a lot of pain but since it’s removal the pain has gone.

I phoned the emergency line at 9am when it opened due to pain from an infected wisdom tooth. I had a call back from a dentist within the hour and was able to collect a prescription straight away. Really pleased with the service

brilliant service, very friendly and put my son at ease, talked him thought everything they were doing, very patient with him being 16 with additional needs

Had trouble with having emergency dental treatment as my regular practice is closed due to relocation. The doctor (sorry, I do not know his name) was professional, kind, straightforward and advised on the best intermediate treatment (temporary filling) performed with the skill and attitude of the utmost high quality. Just a big thanks for helping me out in need, really very much appreciated. I don't usually bother leaving reviews (even bad ones) anywhere, but this time a shout out to excellent service. Thank you! Uldis (Sorry, the review says I can include my name, but it kind of does not apparently like it, although it's mine, not somebody else's). ________________________________

My daughter unfortunately had 3 teeth knocked out Sunday afternoon, and after a trip to A&E who couldn't help, we contacted urgent dental care. Luckily, they had a cancellation! The staff were amazing with my daughter and managed to get her teeth back in. Thanks you all.

They managed to get me an appointment within the hour, very friendly staff on reception. The dentist was extremely nice and helpful and reassuring. Managed to help me very quickly and have great advice. I hate the dentist as have had awful experiences but would not be so apprehensive with this team.

Had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted, but am scared of dentists and had a traumatic extraction in the past , but this time seen quickly, no Paine and wonderful treatment
