I have a fear of dentists and I suffer with anxiety they help put me at ease more than once through the whole thing and they did a great job removing the tooth I am so thxful to them for doing it and helping me cope while I was there having it done thx u so much

staff we kind and patient with me and removed my wobbly tooth, whole thing took 30 mins and i’m really glad they could see me

Seen quickly but the reception team were unfriendly and left me feeling they were just there for the money - talking amongst themselves about other staff which I assume is confidential - just handed me paperwork and told me where to sign - not welcoming engaging or interested in the patient or patients experience

I was in severe pain and I needed root extraction and filling but the chair was broken, The doctor said he really wanted to help but he couldn’t. I had to book again on the next day to fix the issue Other than that the staff is professional, friendly and helpful and the dentist was understanding and helpful

Helpful and efficient receptionist. Both dentist and nurse were kind and caring. I was in extreme pain and so relieved by the service I received. Can not praise the whole experience enough. Thank you.

Pleasant receptionist, lovely dentist, explained I was nervous , the dentist told me to put my hand up and he will stop. Which i never had to do.I had a cracked molar, he was gentle, and explained everything he was going to do .He saved my tooth also I'm not in any pain . Would recommend this dentist

After being in a lot of pain and not being able to eat/chew properly I visited this dentist after being unable to get an apt at my usual dentist even emergency. The receptionists were very welcoming and the dentist was lovely, calm and informative. Would recommend this dentist and I’m so grateful for them seeing me and helping fix my issue and pain. Thank you

I attended for an emergency appointment and found the reception team fantastic - friendly and very efficient. The treatment received from the dentist and nurse was professional and reassuring, answering any questions I had. The clinical room and reception were clean and of good standard. Based on my experience today I would 100% recommend!
