Walked at 15:00 was seen straight away at reception and told to go to the upstairs waiting room. Sat waiting for no more than 5 mins collected by the dental assistant to enter the surgery room. Spoke to the dentist about further treatment. This was explained well but not pushed as a sale. I agreed to it and the pre work was done there and then.

The dentist explained every thing that she was going to do in step by step detail. Even describing the tools that were being used and how they worked.

Dentist very good. Prior communications very poor. Made an appointment 2 months ago about a broken tooth. Given an appointment in one month. Appointment was cancelled, due to illness, and told that someone from reception would contact me re arranging a future appointment. No one ever did so rang up to make the appointment. Got one for Wed. 15 Nov. Duly turned up to be told that the appointment had been cancelled, due to dentist being still off work. Receptionist said that I had been sent a text telling me about the cancellation. Never received it. Given another appointment for today, 16th. Dentist very good and I was very satisfied with the treatment. All in all I am not too happy about having to trail all the way to Hurlfield for no reason.

All staff looked smart in uniform. It was nice to be greeted by happy smiling faces. Very professional. As always the dental practitioner explains what he is doing,and if need be he shows information on the computer.

The dentist did a little extra for me that wasn't expected, a small correction on a old filling that was looking a little tired, i can smile a little more now thank you..
