The scan, the care taken by the dentist to explain everything she did and found. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

I was very concious and a little embarrased at the condition of my teeth, (not wanting to explain personal past history too much for the loss of teeth.) But I was made to feel comfortable and did not feel judged at anytime or assumptions made it was just about poor dental hygiene. For the first time in a long time felt positive that something could be done. Already my self esteem has risen and can't wait to start my treatment. I now ask why my previous dentists were not as empathetic.
