Thank you to the dental assistant who took care of me while I waited for a taxi. It’s the little extras that make a big difference when you are 92!

Disgusting. They cancelled my upcoming appointment. My dentist has left. They couldnt put me with someone else.Said they would put me on the list for a cancellation. Once appointment made they would allocate this dentist to me. 1800 on the list already. Any children or patients in pain take priority. In effect I would not see a dentist unless I was a child or in pain. They changed my dentist a few years ago from my usual one. My last dentist said as I was not having any issues, to make my appointment for a year instead of every 6 months. I thought I was helping, so other people could have appointments, so did it. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she didn't deal with this type of complaint. The receptionist I spoke to was so condescending in her attitude. I was calm, Yes,irritated by her manner but polite and did not raise my voice. She was unhelpful, and kept calling me by the wrong name. I asked for a referral to another dentist and she said they didn't do this. I am disgusted with the way they have treat me, I'm almost 70 yrs old and now got to try to find a dentist. Or let my teeth rot. It's disgusting. Shame on them.

Our appointment was half an hour late after it being cancelled and rebooked several times. If we are late to our appointment we have to pay and they cancelled it! I had my tooth removed a few months ago and went back the next day as the dentist had left part of the tooth in and he reassured me it was not tooth but bone. I went again the other day and they told me part of the tooth was still in! They removed it and charged me for another extraction!! Absolutely disgusting I know other people that come here and have similar complaints that their appointments are cancelled constantly and they change staff every time I go, I never have the same dentist.

Dentist understood my nervousness and was respectful of it and extraction was painless. She was also very informative, and I didn’t feel rushed.

After emergency appointment I was told I can't proceed without a checkup despite the dentist having told me treatment required. Didn't let me have a checkup even though surgery was empty. Now have to wait for availability just for a checkup.

The emergency dentist I saw today @2pm was an Angel. She really does deserve all the credit I can give. I was in agony and she gave me a temporary filling but I was also quite scared to see a dentist. I’d travel to see her again! Thank you so much

20 minutes waiting for an appointment Been told I was coming for a urgent checkup to been advised I no longer have a dentist as they have resigned and now on a waiting list unable to book any appointment. Paid for dentist to look at back teeth to be told no issues in within 3 minutes not checked all teeth as requested when booked
