They gave me an emergency appointment despite not being registered with them for over fifteen years. Saw me next day for my emergency.

I was able to book an appointment relatively quickly, the dentist is friendly, knowledgable and takes time to discuss options and listen to the patient concerns before agreeing and completing treatments ina relaxed and professional manner. Treatments

The team were very professional and extremely helpful. I was put at ease throughout. The work needed was explained to me fully before it was started going through what I could expect. First class service from everyone. Highly recommended

Both dentist and nurse were very professional (although we did have a laugh which always breaks the tension and dentist took time explaining the after care

Amazing dentist. Fantastic with the children however, as a paying patient I didn’t receive the clean and polish which I believe is supposed to be included in the price of the check up. I do think that this is poor when it costs £26.

A number of things in no particular order: 1) my appointment was 4 weeks over due, I’m keen to complete my treatment, the treatment was timed to fit in with my holidays and life commitments, the 4 week delay now doesn’t 2) I have received 16 (not a typo) reminders about my appointment, it was booked 1 working day before, the times I received the messages included 1 am and 5am. I was away from home for the weekend, I have elderly relatives and my children were at home. Receiving messages at that time of the day is very unsettling. 3) I was given 1 days notice to attend the appointment, I have a busy life work full time and have 2 school age children. I work away from Barnsley at least days a week with overnight stays. I have a responsible position I can’t just drop 4) I have received a reminder about my appointment after my appointment 5) The appointment I was booked in for was 15 minutes, I actually needed 80 minutes therefore after all this, my attendance was a waste of time, I need to be rebooked but there are no appointments and I’m going on a planned holiday, adding to the delay I am totally disappointed with the service.
