I attended today and although running slightly late, I was seen in good time, x-rays taken and discussed. A quick check up was done and a plan of action decided. The dentist gave me advice on what he recommended I do but the choice was still mine. Making a further appointment was easy with the friendly, helpful reception staff. I would recommend using this practice.

I have received excellent care from Greytown Dental Practice. My dentist has done fantastic job cleaning my teeth. He is very informative about my X-rays and condition of my teeth. Any procedures are done so skillfully that I don’t feel any pain.

The service provided is excellent from reception through to the dentist. I trust my children’s and my dental treatment and how they give us advice on our dental hygiene. I trust my dentist and believe he would not carry out any unnecessary treatment. I would give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently attended the surgery for a checkout and had a short wait, during that time the reception team were dealing with a few other enquiries and were friendly and professional. The dentist was likewise welcoming, he clearly explained any next steps and pointers for follow-up actions. When I went to pay the reception team were engaging and happy to help.

Very welcoming especially the receptionists , clean and tidy , every member of staff friendly seating area well thought out not cramped in toilets

Excellent dentist, so polite and explained the whole procedure making me feel very relaxed. The receptionists was lovely too, efficient and friendly. The practice has had a make-over since my last appointment and looks smart and professional.

Excellent front of desk team and dentist from making the appointment, following through for check ups and then treatment. Dentist excellent at explaining treatment going forward- I would certainly recommend.

Didn't feel as though I was rushed through my appointment, given lots of advice on general self care. Clean environment and all staff very friendly

I was lucky enough to visit this dental practice after not being seen by a dentist since 2019. Whilst sat in the waiting room I noticed that it was a very friendly practice and all the team seem happy and smiling. My dentist was very diligent, kind and caring. Because I’ve not been seen by a dentist for so long I was in need of quite a lot of work which the dentist look his time in explaining so that I completely understood what was needed to be done. As a military family member I have been following my spouse around for years and trying to get dental care is now very difficult, if not impossible, for military dependents. I found my experience here at Greytown Dental Practice to be an extremely positive one. From the reception team to the dental team and the dentist that I saw, this is clearly an excellent practice and I’m grateful to have been seen here. Thank you!
