I have been with Greytown for a long time now and my sons are also registered here. I can’t fault my dentist, he is very thorough and always tells it how it is, the truth and that’s what I like about him. He makes my sons listen and understand what he means re the importance of looking after your teeth. At my appointment today there wasn’t much of a wait and the receptionist was lovely and friendly, I had a warm welcome and when was leaving also. My next appointment was booked with ease and all with a smile!

I have been very well cared for by my dentist for many years. He is very friendly, gives good advice, and is very understanding of me and my dental situation. For example, I have a broken tooth, which I do not want repaired at this time, and he has explained all my options regarding this.

As always, my dentist explained my options regarding my toothache and we agreed an action plan. Amoxicillin prescribed and I may have the wisdom tooth extracted in hospital in a few months if the problem persists.

Dentist and nurse very friendly and professional. Did work on teeth and gave explanation of reason for work. Gave advice for care of teeth. Reception was friendly and efficient.

Excellent dentist but the receptionist was extremely unhelpful. Apparently we had not filled in our forms online. I explained we had been coming for years and never had this issue having previously filled in all our details when we registered. She said we needed to do it everytime and to go online while we waited but I said I couldn't do that could I have a paper form. She said it was all online and I said we didn't have our laptop with us. She replied do it on your phone. I said I didn't know how do. She said go to your emails and click on the email. I said I don't get emails on my phone. She replied we would have to do it before we saw the dentist. We didn't have to fill in any forms whne we saw the dentist. I am not sure what the practice procedure is but surely it would be much easier to have a box to say have your circumstances changed since your last visit or since when you filled in the original forms which are there to see anyhow. After I finished I went into town and asked my wife to book me an appointment to see the dentist as I needed to go back. Could she also book appointments for us all again in 6 months time assuming they did not need any treatment. My wife and son were fine. She went to book me a follow up visit for a tweak for a chipped filling which was good but the receptionist would not beek 3 appointments in 6 months time for us all as I was not present. She could book hers and our son but not mine as I was not there. She did however let my wife pay for my impending treatment!! Come on use some common sense I now have to book the apponitments for the 3 of us when I go back in a weeks time I am wondering what will happen will I be allowed to book appointments for my wife and son so we all come at the same time as we do not live in Bicester.

The dentist always explains the procedure and any follow up action that may be required. I needed a tooth extraction which was quick. The reception area is clean and comfortable with a tv display giving practical dental to young and old. Receptionists are helpful and will try and arrange your appointment at a suitable time. Only downside is narrow stairs which may prevent disabled access.

My first check up with this dentist and dental assistant was great - they were professional, informative, and reassuring. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Got a separate appointment for teeth cleaning included in the price of my NHS check up. Thoroughly recommend.
