Fantastic reception staff. Easy to use internet health forms. Great dentist and dental nurse. A credit to the profession.

I have received Various treatments at this surgery for a few years now on the NHS, and they have all been positive experiences. Reception are pleasant and helpful, and, as recently I had to cancel two appointments due to viruses, very accomodating. The dentists have all been excellent and generally skilled at their job and always put you at your ease. The only concern I would have is that there seems to be a high turnover of NHS dentists, one is never sure who you may see at your next check up. Having said that I would have no concerns about reccomending this practice to anyone. The parking is excellent too.

The practise appear finally to be clearing their Covid backlog and were able to offer me an appoint within a week of contacting me. All the staff I spoke to were pleasant and friendly, in the past they have seemed a little self absorbed. I saw a different dentist to previous occasions but I was impressed by his thoroughness. Unlike visits to the GP he had clearly read my notes and was well up to speed on discussions I had with the previous dentist and checked through all the points she and I had discussed last time. We discussed possible options but at no time did I feel I was being pushed towards expensive treatments, as happened at a previous surgery. If they weren't already patients I would happily recommend the practice to other memers of my family.

The new dentist was very friendly and genuine. He explained what he was doing at each point and really put me at ease. He was patient and attentive. Really great quality service, thank you

I attended for an appt today,the dentist was thorough,friendly and explained everything well,gave reassurance too. Reception staff lovely and kept me well informed,it seems to be a better practice now.

I had a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. Everything was explained clearly and I was given time to reflect and ask relevant questions. Altogether a professional experience.

I was made aware very early today to advise me that the dentist I was due to see today was ill. I was listened to and advice was given and a short appointment was offered to me today to make my mouth more comfortable. The practice manager talked to me and arranged another appointment for the detailed work to be carried out. I was reassured by everyone I met today. All the staff were helpful and informative.

I was reassured by the dentist and dental nurse at all times. I needed a long appointment and the dentist explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure.

I needed a tooth extraction and had an appointment for early in January but when the pain and discomfort increased I rang the practice who arranged an earlier appointment. The extraction was a little difficult but was dealt with very professionally. The next morning I had an unexpected call from the practice to check that I was ok and if I had any problems. Highly recommended.
