Broke a tooth late January and it was repaired, same tooth broke again after a few weeks took over 2 weeks to get appointment and then charged again for same repair, when i queried this i was told it was standarf for emergency appointment, over 2 weeks remember to be seen , some emergency, i still have the same unreliable repair that will break again soon i am sure then i will have to wait another 2 weeks or more for my next charged "emergency" appointment, used to get good treatment here but of late they only really interested in private treatments, also appointment was late by appox 15 mins and only spent about 4 mins being treated, very disappointed with my last 2 visits and the standard and longevity of the work carried out, then told i cant get a proper repair till at least May, hope it lasts that long, sorry for being an NHS patient and taking up your time.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist was very kind very gentle. Didn’t really feel any pain pulled. My tooth out within a few seconds. The dentist and assistant and the receptionist were really nice. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I had a filling dropped out. The dentist fixed this expertly and had time to repair a broken tooth and another filling. All this on one visit. A caring service ...i felt completely looked after

Brilliant dentists from start to finish I just could not speak highly enough. From opening the door the reception staff are always so friendly and helpful. All of the nursing staff and the dentists have your are glowing with kindness. I would never wish to go anywhere else. I would mark them 100 out of 100. My best wishes to all the staff at a Dentists that deserve a big gold Medal.

I lost a filling when eating breakfast. I phoned the practice and, as I live in Etwall, was asked if I could be there in 15 minutes! Now that is what I call service. My filling was replaced quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Went to Etwall Dental Practice to have my tooth taken out they explained and I felt at ease at all times explaining everything great would tell friends to go there highly professional

All the staff including the receptionists were very helpful. The Locum Dentist was exceptional. He was very welcoming and explained everything he was doing which I find very helpful and reassuring. The dental nurse worked very well alongside the dentist.

I saw a the Locum Dentist he has was absolutely exceptional. He explained the options, then during the treatment he told me everything he was doing which I find very helpful and reassuring and kept me informed and calm. The dental nurse also worked good alongside the dentist, I have to say this was the best filling experience I’ve had in the last 50 years!. Please keep this locum dentist if possible. If I need further gum treatments I’d have every confidence this dentist would make me feel well treated
