I had an emergency tooth extraction as ive been in terrible pain and haven't slept for days. The dentist was amazing, she had a great deal of difficulty pulling the tooth as it disintegrated but she did it ! when other dentists just said they'd ' keep an eye on it" , all my pain could have been avoided if theyd taken it out when i first asked them too. A huge thank you to wonderful Woman dentist x

The care before my treatment was okay, but after was just awful, no telling me I could go. I had to ask, no after care information and no goodbye, I thought this was very rude and unprofessional and felt like the treatment was a effort to do.

Your care starts with your Reception staff, always pleasant, helpful and efficient. In all the years of using your Dentists (coming up to about fifty years) we have always had our treatment on time something the NHS could take a lesson from. The Treatment has always been first class and prices have been reasonable.

My dentist is really lovely, she did a filling for me at the beginning of the year and today gave me so great advice about teeth whitening and other options for better looking teeth. Thank you

I attended the dentist for two fillings i found the dental receptionist polite and friendly and also the dentist was very nice as she not only did the two fillings but also fixed my front tooth as part of it fell out the night before, thank you

I was not told when I paid that it would be my last NHS appointment. I was also not told that my usual dentist had left. The dentist I saw was rushed and abrupt she said I needed to see the Hygienist but failed to tell me that I would have to pay privately for this. The receptionist after the appointment said this would be my last NHS appointment. Very disappointed with the service today

I attended for 40 minute cleaning appointment with the hygienist, she pointed out the teeth that I missed with my electric toothbrush and teepee stick showing white plague. The remainder was good. The she proceeded to to clean my teeth upper and lower inside and out. Later saying that I was not numbed up as I did not seem to mind below the gum cleaning where pocketing had occurred. I asked about my lower right 8 molar or wisdom where an upper part had fallen off that a crown would fit and the bottom right 4 that had grown long or erupted and was now loose and we jointly it was best to leave fall out rather than be extracted. Overall it was at times a tense experience it was all done very professionally and considerately.

Had to wait a week for an appointment despite it having a knock on effect to further already booked appointment. Was in dentist’s room for under a minute.
