My only disappoint is that when my dentist recommended that I needed private treatment with the hygienist the treatment would cost me £100. I have now seen the hygienist 3 times costing me £100 for each visit and the treatment is still ongoing. The dentist when recommending this treatment should have explained the cost better so I could have made an informed decision as to whether to have the treatment or not.

The dentist and his team are so friendly and i feel like they are vety personable however the 17 min wait i had was very disappointing

I felt that I was being listened to. Being on full-time Oxygen and therefore needing to take my portable oxygen Cylinder was taken into account. I was happy with the treatment I received, especially the fact that an XRay was taken to confirm what I had already said during my examination

The hygienist is very experienced and knowledgable with a full commentary on what she is doing and the reason why. This is followed up with advice and encouragement on personal action for oral hygiene

The lovely lady who got me in for emergency today was really really helpful and was kind enough to help with my issues and rebook me in ! So happy to finally get sorted , thanks again :D

Appointment was 10 min late. Dentist did not introduce herself. After very brief cursory look in my mouth asked if I was happy with my smile. Too focussed on cosmetic treatment? I wan't in the room 2 min. Very poor value at £66 !

The very nice receptionist ran advising me of a cancellation, saw the Dentist the same afternoon who was very clear in the extraction procedure, explained what to do after, with leaflet, and confirmation of being able to make another appointment if needed. Very pleased.

The dental hygienist was a super nice lady, who did a fantasticly thorough job at at sorting out my teeth. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Lovely experience and service - thank you very much! :-)
