As a very nervous patient. My recent visit for treatment was yet again an excellent, pain free and pleasant visit. The dentist and dental nurse were very professional, extremely caring and skilled in making me comfortable and relaxed whilst carrying out my procedure. They talked me through what they were doing and offered follow up advice.. Rest assured if you are nervous of the dentist by stepping through the clinic doors you will be supported and listened too whilst receiving a high standard of care. I would definitely recommend.

Went for an nhs emergency apointment the dentist took 2 min to look at my teeth and said it was a wisdom tooth pain, no xrays were done to establish if this was the case or to even check if there was an infection. Paid money for the appointment and came out with still a painful tooth without a solution. I asked to book in a full check up the first available appointment is not till decemeber 2024 what a joke, very poor dentist its gone downhill no longer reptable

Dentist was very thorough Only down side is the costs. I’m nhs and I know I gave to pay £25 for a check up but how the rest is added up is a bit of an unknown. I’d also like to be asked what I’m paying for at todays visit rather than assuming I’ll pay for everything I’ve not had yet even though the apt for that e we park are 6 months away. I appreciate people could cancel apts so you want a financial commit but to have to pay chunks of money for work to be done 6 months from now so why should my money be in the practice account rather than earning any interest for me

While being pleased with the response to my problem of ear ache and the diligence in addressing it, I was disappointed that at a general 6 monthly 'check up' there was no further investigation as to the general state of my teeth or addressing of previous issues raised in previous consultations - I still have occasional sensitivity in my gums. My fault for not raising it? Or a professional practice that fire fights rather than carrying out maintenance that addresses health and hygiene?

Had 3 broken teeth repaired today and no injections which was a relief as I am not very brave when it comes to needles. Everything went very well, it took less than the 1 hour booked slot, teeth feel very nice with no jaggered edges.

Wonderful dentist who really cares about you and puts you at ease. One of the best I’ve ever had and others could do with learning from her patient care ethics.

I had a very good dentist who was listen to my concerns and was able to fix my tooth (pain free). I recommend this dentist. Friendly and they will listen if you are anxious about having any procedure done.

The Reception girl was very polite, friendly and helpful. The Hygienist and her assistant were very friendly and professional. I will strart booking the cleaning every three months again now my previous Hygienist, whom I wasn't too keen has left there. Overall a good visit again as used to be prior to my previous Hygienist. Thanks.
