Not happy I got to wait until January 2025 before I can have a NHS check up. It is already over 6 months since last check up as the one I should have had this week was cancelled.

The dentist and dental nurse were very compassionate with me was a rather upsetting app for me but they saw that and were very kind

Young lady on reception was excetional, seeing I struggle with my hearing even with aids she sat us down in thd waiting area in order to make our conversation much easier. The dentist was both thorough and informative we just hope our treatment can be brought forward a little.

I attended the practice with my daughter today. We found every aspect very professional. My 15 year old even commented and said that was thorough wasn’t it mum :)

Everything, the reception staff were friendly and cheerful, waiting area nice and clean and the dentist and nurse talked through all procedures giving advice when needed

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the dentist told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect and explained what I needed to do in the next few days.

It's my 4th visit now where I've had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment, one time I had to wait over 45 minutes! The service has not been good for a while now.

New hygienist there today who was very nice, gavee good advice about my oralhealth care and put me at ease as I'm a nervous patient when visiting the dentist as I have sensitive gums.

Hygienist was friendly and professional. I have very sensitive teeth and she applied a numbing gel which help enormously. I won’t feel so apprehensive next time. Notice water dispenser removed from waiting area though which I could have done with.

Seen on time ? Allowing me to have manual scaling due to a sensitive molar at the back. Advice given on cleaning teeth/ gums. Free samples given .
