Able to take advantage of a cancellation to secure my loose crown yesterday - straight in after a very short wait, job done, paid, straight home. Ideal! Ten out of ten from me, thank you Dentalcare, Hook.

I had a tooth prepared for a crown then ended up having an op on my carotid artery. I still had the staples in my neck with a 5in wound. I was concerned about having the crown fitted so closely to the op. The dentist called me at home. Rearranged my appointment for 30 mins later than the original appointment as I had cancelled it. It was decided it should go ahead in case of infection. He was so careful reassuring and gentle. Crown fitted beautifully. Even asked if I was OK getting home as I couldn't drive at that time. Previous experience with this dentist has always been faultless.

The reception was pleasant kind and very helpful. 10 from 10. The nursing staff are also of a very high standard. 10 from 10. On these visits I had a crown fitted. At 81. I’ve had many a trip to the Dentist. The treatment I have received at this NHS dental practice is of the highest most excellent standard. Top quality. Excellent.

Needed to rearrange check up as lost a large filling. I care for my mum 350 miles away - couldn’t organise her to be cared for more than one visit. Dentist and receptionist absolutely brilliant and so helpful - treatment was pain free. I’m so grateful. Thank you

Great reception service. The girls were on the ball, polite and efficient. Dentist gave me great confidence in his work. Kept me upto date as the work progressed. No pain. No worries. Very pleased.

I'm a very anxious person when it comes to going to a dentist but the staff and dentist/ hygienists, really put you at ease. The practice is very clean and tidy. The receptionist are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I broke my tooth/filling and called next morning. Got through first time, details taken, call triaged with call back in a few minutes to advise booking first available appointment but that a cancellation might bring treatment forward. Two calls brought appointment forward to two days time then same day. Very efficient and I’m grateful to get the tooth repaired before more damage occurred.
