Dentist showed extreme patience with a very nervous client. Took time to explain the procedures before tooth extraction.

Been going to Hook Dental for eight years and the practice has always been good and steadily improved over time, both staff manner and timeliness of appointment. For example I had a check up followed five days later a filling. Both occasions I was seen a couple of minutes before my appointed time. On the second occasion the dentist apologised for keeping me waiting. Very minor refilling I was offered the choice of an injection or not. Dentist explained what would be done with a detailed account of what was done afterwards. Personally, I believe Hook Dental now provide a private practice service under the NHS name and costs.

Recently had a white filling with an injection. Could not of gone better, regular reassurance and explanation of what to expect each step of the process. Would fully recommend 'Dental Care in Hook'

Welcoming reception, dentist is very polite and helpful . Tells me what is happening and why. Nurse is gentle and helpful. Clean and safe environment.

I have been an NHS patient at Hook Dental Care for several years now. Today's visit for a check-up and Hygienist appointment were the best experiences so far! The premises have had a much-needed refurbishment, the staff are welcoming and friendly, my appointments were on-time and my Hygienist visit was the most gentle and caring I have ever had. Thanks so much and see you in February ....

I have recently had two filings, the first fixed a problem I have had for over a year, where food would get caught between teeth. The second was a deep filing on a back tooth. As a nervous patient, I was treated very well and have to say, my treatment was painless and every step was explained to me. My thanks to the practitioner who was incredibly friendly, skilful and professional!
