I was please to have a same day appointment when my tooth crown came out. I was disappointed not to be able to make the appointment over the phone as the practice was very busy.

Great and friendly practice they make you feel welcome and they looked after you I would always go back. They are very friendly stuff and can answer anything questions you have

The receptionist was not particularly welcoming and must have failed charm school, but nevertheless got the job done. My dentist was friendly and efficient and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. in and out in 10 minutes.

Dentist didn't arrive for work on time. Informed by the receptionist "I can change you to a more reliable dentist if you prefer". Appointment itself was fine.

I have not visited the dentist for years due to fear, I have now attended two appointments where I have been made to feel at ease. My dentist has not been judgemental and has put me at ease. I’m now starting my journey of gaining my smile back.

After having multiple previous appointments cancelled by the practice I was seen briefly. They were keen to point out the financial penalties of missing appointments and being removed from the list if you cancel twice within 24hrs, but no interest in the health questionnaire you're asked to fill out before. My appointment was delayed by half an hour before for I was finally be seen by someone who may have been my dentist. Every time I go there is never the same dentist. They made no effort to introduce themselves or their role, asked me to sit on the chair and open my mouth. Poke at several of my teeth and and gums before saying I could leave with a follow up appointment. I was in the room less than 3 minutes. This is one of many similar and poor experiences at this practice, who appear more interested in promoting lip fillers and beauty treatments than offering any dental hygiene advice. Some of the staff are friendly but overall I would not recommend this to anyone, but it's so hard to find another dentist it seems like take what you can get and the practice here almost reflects this.
