I needed an emergency appointment just before Easter and was able to get an appointment later that day. I have been with this dental practice for over a decade and have always found everyone pleasant and helpful.

Waiting time of no more than a few minutes. The checkup was, as always, calm and done well. My follow-up appointment for a filling was booked for only a week later.

I had to reschedule my appointment due to travel delays the practice managed to fit me in the following week and the dental treatment was first class the staff very friendly

Didn’t have very long to wait for my appointment. Dentist gave my teeth a thorough examination. Asked me a few questions and appeared happy with my teeth.

After being accepted from a waiting list I was extremely grateful for my first appointment the receptionist staff are very friendly and pleasant the dentist I saw was very nice and explained everything to me that I needed done and I felt comfortable there after not having a dentist since my local surgery shut down 4 years ago I was a bit nervous but everyone was friendly appointments are fast and both so far have been on time

Being told that have decaying tooth causing problems that I would need £250 for a checkup I'm on universal credit so can't afford that cost £70 for xray and 1 tooth checked all I got was antibiotics that cost £15 on top can't say great first impressions but all staff were so friendly and helpful

My experience with the dentist was good however my disappointment is with the service. My appointment was at 08:30 however the practice does not open until 08:30. There were 6 people waiting to be let in and they did not open the doors until 08:30 and when I finally got registered I sat for a further 10 minutes waiting for my appointment, the dentist and assistant were in the room. May I suggest that if you are not going to open until 08:30 that the first appointment be after this or the practice open earlier to let patients in. We were ready for our appointments on time and I was late for work because of this delay.
