Came in for an emergency. Barely got assessed, did a quick xray was told no problems despite being in immense pain but then was told i had an infection and needed a root canal or extraction but wasnt offered to get it done in the practice as they do not accept new nhs patients. Was not offered to get it done as a private patient but was instead only given antibiotics with no other options and the antibiotics was not explained to me either. Completely unprofessional service now my infection has worsened the inflammation has tripled so im getting this checked somewhere else instead

used Damira’s walk in service yesterday morning. After a little wait (2 hours), I was seen by a lovely dentist. I explained to him that I was nervous and have anxieties around visiting the dentist. He was very understanding and reassuring. He talked me through my options step by step and explained what he wanted to do and asked if I was happy with each step. I became a little tearful and he was incredibly kind and reassured me that it’s totally natural to feel this way. I would 100% recommend to other people with similar anxieties- it made the experience so much easier. So thank you

Can’t thank this practice enough , been trying to get a dentist for my children for 2 years nearly! Brilliant experience for my boys especially my youngest who is non verbal autistic. The lady dentist was amazing with him she was so patient and really understanding and the receptionist was brilliant really kind . Thank you so very much .
